Butterflies III - Erika Vs Olivia in a friendly spar

This is our lovely Butterfly Boxers, Erika and Olivia at the end of Butterfly Bootcamp program having a friendly spar. Not all of our Butterflies choose to spar and the end of Bootcamp. Liv and Erika have both gone through the Butterfly Level I and Level III program and continue to train with us on Thursday mornings where they get to practice their sparring and skills.
